1.How is moving text different from copying and pasting text?
Ans: We can copy text from a document and paste it at some other place in the same document or in a different document. When we click on paste button on the consequence the text will get copied to the new place but is not deleted from the original place.

2. What will happen if you close a document without saving it?
Ans: If we forgot to save your document before closing it, a dialog box appears. It reminds us to save the document.

3. Write any two ways in which you can delete text.
Ans: Pressing the Delete key  and  the Backspace key on the keyboard.

4. How would you select the following using the selection area?
a. A word 
b. A line
c. A paragraph
d. A complete document.
Ans: 
A word: Double click on it.
A line: To select a complete line, click on the left Margin. The selection is highlighted in blue.
 A paragraph: to select a complete paragraph, double click on the left Margin. The selection is marked by a blue rectangle.
A complete document: to select an entire document , triple click on the left Margin.

5. Describe two ways in which you can print a text in word.
Ans: 1. Click on File tab -> Print. And then click in the print dialog box.
2. The keyboard shortcut to print a document is Ctrl+P.

6. How does word indicate wrong spelling and wrong grammar?
Ans:   word shows incorrect spelling with red wavy line and word shows incorrect grammar with a blue ,wavy line.
