a)Query: A query can be defined as a filter condition which displays only a subset of the available data.
b) Form : A form is a data entry screen and can be created using Form Wizard.
c) Report: A report helps organise and present data from our Access database.
2. Write in 2 or 3 sentences each about how to create:

Ans:
a) A query: First we have to open the database on which we wish to create the query. And then click on Create on the menu bar. Next click on Query Design. This will help us to create the query in design view. In the Show table dialog box where we can buil our query.
b) a form: In new database we need to click on File after that New. Under the Available templates click and Sample Template and select Faculty. In the consequence a blank database named Faculty list opens.
c) a report: To create a report at first we need to click on Create tab and in the Report group select report wizard. The Report wizard dialog box opens.In this dialog box select the field from the Available Field:box. Now click on > button to select field into the selected field: box. Once we have selected the desired fields, click on next button.The next dialog box where we have to select Faculty ID as the field on which data can sorted. Now click on next button. In the next dialog box we have to select Layout and orientation for the report. Click on finish button.
3. How will you change the width of field in a report after it is created?
Ans: Using the Format tab we can alter the width of a field.
4.What is the disadvantage of using the Form Wizard?
Ans: The main disadvantage of using Form Wizard is that a report has to created manually.
